I love...
...that Arlington is situated close enough to Boston and yet far enough away that it's not crazy. It's a comfortable, pretty mix of city and suburb, with its own vibrant culture.
my work...
helps small business owners and organizations on a budget. I specialize in providing well-rounded creative services that include logo and branding, print and Web design, and photography. I like helping people see their vision come to fruition, and help them reach out to the community around them.

Arlington Real Estate in the new economy - Famboogle Roundtable
I think Nattie and I are in somewhat similar situations... right now, my mother's land is up for sale in South Carolina; our plan is to take the money from the sale of that land and use it as a huge down payment for a home in Arlington/near Arlington. However, who knows when her land will sell, so we're in a holding pattern on the selling end of things. We're looking forward to the buying end, though, because we're going from renting to buying. This market seems to offer buyers a lot of home for their money. :)
